The terms and conditions set out below including the payment and delivery terms apply in the version according to the date of your order.

The sales agreement will be confirmed after the payment went through. It might occur, that we do not have all items in stock. please take into account that we work with very limited amounts. We will immediately process your order once we get the full amount including shipping costs. Items will be send via parcel service of our choice.
1. VALIDATY OF THE TERMS AND CONDTIONS
We will carry out all deliveries and services on the basis of the following terms and conditions. The contract of sale is subject to the schweizerisches obligtionenrecht (or) as well as the swiss law.
2. SUPPLY AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
Our pricelist, brochures and publications on the internet are effectively without obligation. Any offer can be withdrawn, as long as there is no other written agreement. The contract is accepted upon receipe of the ordered goods. The amount and fulfilment of the delivery is defined in the electronic confirmation of purchase.
3. DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND DELAYS
The items will be delivered at the given shipping fee. All orders will be sent by parcel service. Shipments to customers living abroad may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery dates are dependent on the postal services in the land where the order was made; therefore we are unable to guarantee delivery times. If the buyer refuse to accept his order, we will not reimburse any postal or delivery costs.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
All prices are given in swiss francs. VAT is not included and is depending on the supplying country. Shipping and package costs will be added. A successful delivery will only occur upon payment by Paypal. If the delivery address lies outside of Switzerland, the end customer agrees to take on all import duties and goods taxes incurred by international deliveries.
5. RETURNS
All sales are final. Returns will not be accepted.
6. LIABILITY
Our liability for lost, stolen or damaged goods is in accordance with swiss law. In the event of an exceptional case, we are only liable for the maximum worth of the transaction.
7. PRIVACY POLICY
Maxime-Alexandre Metzeler will collect all the data required for processing your order and will only use it for this purpose. At Bellavender we are committed to maintain your privacy.
For our Mailing-lists we use your personal information (such as name, surname, e-mail address) solely to keep you informed about the brands news, upcoming exhibitions or presentations, sale information, through periodic newsletters sent by e-mail.
We commit to never share any of your contact information with any third party or other organizations.
8. FINAL PROVISION
Jurisdiction lies within the courts of Zurich. However we may appeal to the courts in the customer country of residence. Swiss law is applied exclusively, also when orders are placed from and goods are delivered abroad.
The parties will endeavor to settle any arguments that may arise from the realization of the sales contract in an amicable way.
With the placing of an order the customer accepts these general terms and conditions. Maxime-Alexandre Metzeler reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time.
